How we implement the technology adoption Framework
Through the Auto Hitch Framework, we can reconfigure an organisation and align its IT Systems Strategy to the organisational strategy. To implement any of the services we offer, the first step entails gaining an in-depth understanding of the organisation’s technological needs. This is done through assisting an organisation conducting an internal review to understand what challenges the organisation is facing, considering its strategic aspirations. An analysis of strategic aspirations will unearth any inefficiencies currently existing in the organisation.
The second step involves an understanding of the environment in which the organisation operates. Of importance is the understanding of competitive and regulatory forces shaping the behaviours of organisations in the industry.
Technology adoption Framework
This is then followed by utilising our knowledge and resources in the technological sector to reconfigure the organisation such that the internal systems, structures, and processes will be accepting to the new technology. Once the organisation is accepting to our products and systems, we will work with the relevant departments to align the organisation with the technological requirements of adoption of the new technology.
By investigating the technological needs of organisations; reviewing their organisational preparedness for adoption; and the environmental dynamics of
their industry, we can develop a tailored solution for organisational needs. Lastly, we take the organisation through implementation of the required services.
Of importance in implementation of digital strategies for differential value is the engagement of top management. Organisational leaders are encouraged to lend credibility to new technology advocates within their organisations, available resources at their disposal, and where possible, establish a dedicated team or department.
